A highly stylized, politically satirical musical comedy inspired by a 1936 propaganda film about the dangers of marijuana - "just one puff of the Demon Weed can lead wholesome teenagers into a downward spiral of evil jazz, insanity, sexual depravity and murder." Clever musical numbers, from Broadway show-stoppers to swing, and even a Vegas-style performance by Jesus himself and a chorus of angelic showgirls. Contains simulated drug use, suggested violence, sexual explicitness, adult language and a subversive political agenda. RECOMMENDED FOR MATURE AUDIENCES
